As a Captain you can post an advert to find crew to join your boat, and as a Crewmember you can find opportunities on a suitable boat to take you sailing.
Crewmembers select a boat to join and express their interest by accepting the Boat Owner’s advert. When the Boat Owner receives the application and accepts it, both members pay the Onboard Space fee and go sailing together.
